If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn timepiece in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals and protective films intact. Secure the box inside a shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Deliver the package to any authorized carrier location. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
